DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The deposit is required within 14 days of the day that you book
your hunt with the remainder due payable upon arrival at Brentwood.
Reservations that are cancelled within two (2) weeks of the scheduled
arrival date will be billed at the posted daily rate (NO EXCEPTIONS).
For billing purposes, any part of a day is considered a full day.
