LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations at Brentwood include a Cypress main house accompanied by a late 1840's restored log cabin. Both were joined by covered porches several years ago and now sit together overlooking a 55 acre cypress pond known as Sim's Pond. The main house has three (3) bedrooms where the log side has three (3) and can accommodate parties of up to ten (10) people very comfortably. There is also a comfortable suite in the "Horse Barn" which has two (2) bedrooms, two (2) baths, and a den.

WHAT ARE THE MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS LIKE?
During your stay, traditional Southern cuisine style meals are prepared. If you're not from the South, then you are certainly in for a treat. Meal time includes the following:

Generally, a large breakfast is served before 9:00 A.M. followed by a light lunch around noon.
An "excessive" dinner is prepared in the evenings.
After each hunt, you will have access to a fully stocked bar while you await your meal.
SPECIAL NOTE: Special requests for certain types of meals are always entertained by our staff.

Before or after meals, you may relax on the porches that overlook the pond, or under our large "cookshed" which has an open 8 foot fireplace.
